My name is Brion Draper, and I am an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in management, design, and business innovation. Throughout my career, I have built companies from the ground up, led diverse teams, and developed solutions designed to create a lasting impact within my community.
began my career in the retail industry, working in environments such as grocery stores, Target, Roses, and local thrift shops. My entrepreneurial journey started early — at just 12 years old, I rented my own booth at a flea market. Over the years, I have launched and operated a variety of businesses, including a vending machine company, an ATM business, a videography business, a soap manufacturing venture, web design services, and a signage company. I continue to hold a valid Virginia Class B contractor’s license for signage. Along the way, I founded Ignite Sign Tools, a company dedicated to developing innovative software for the signage industry, as well as Shiny Blade Studios, a game development company currently producing its first title.
My entrepreneurial drive extends beyond launching and managing businesses. I have a strong passion for Business Consulting, where I apply my experience and education to help organizations improve and grow. My background has sharpened my expertise in areas such as efficiency, process flow, employee retention, and reducing revenue loss. At present, I focus on working with small businesses, where I can have the most direct and meaningful impact.
